2G/3G network issue which affected a number of Air SIMs for Global
Incident Report for SORACOM
Our engineering team detected an increased error rate for Global Air SIMs to attach 2G/3G networks from 2018-12-24 15:08 UTC. We have identified the problem and applied a fix. The error rate has been back to normal from 2018-12-24 16:12 UTC. We apologize for any inconvenience.
