An issue in which attempts to send data from Soracom Funnel to AWS IoT Core failed starting at 2020-12-17 05:40 UTC has been resolved as of 2020-12-17 08:55 UTC. The issue impacted data sent to AWS IoT Core in the following regions:
- Global Coverage: All regions - Japan Coverage: Regions other than ap-northeast-1
Affected data was not sent to AWS IoT Core and will not be re-sent, but can be viewed in Soracom error logs.
We have identified the issue that caused failures to occur when using Soracom Funnel to send data to AWS IoT Core of following regions and have implemented a fix. We are currently monitoring our networking components as the service is recovering and will update this page once the service has fully restored.
